Refund policy

Keri Shaw Studio Refund/Exchange Policy:

Exchanges: I want you to love your new art! If you do not love it, you can exchange the piece within 7 business days. Please contact me immediately to discuss options.

Please keep all packaging in the meanwhile. If it is decided an exchange is the solution, please ensure it is packaged exactly as it arrived (feel free to reuse the box). Once I receive the artwork in perfect condition, I'll help you find a new piece you love. NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged: Every piece is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If your order is damaged during transit:

  • Please take photos of the shipping box before opening it and photograph any damage to the artwork.
  • Contact me here immediately and send the photos of the damaged art within 7 days of shipment.
  • If your artwork is lost in transit, I will provide a replacement.
  • If it arrives damaged, snap some pics and contact me ASAP. I’ll take care of the claim, and you can choose a replacement minus shipping costs.

Commissioned work is FINAL SALE. I will work closely with you throughout the process before shipping your final piece.

Also Note: While I do my best to ensure colors are as accurate as possible, slight variations can occur due to phone or computer screen display differences.

All artwork naturally ages over time due to the paints, materials, and environmental factors. This aging process is a natural characteristic of art and is not a valid reason for a return.
